PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Windspiel Gin is the product of a young German company, which approached the world of spirits almost by accident, quickly becoming one of the most interesting and original producers on the national scene. It all started with four friends determined to change their lives, who buy a farm in the Rhineland to raise animals and grow potatoes of the precious Eifel quality. Unfortunately the soils are not suitable for producing quality tubers able to compete with the best excellences of the region. Thus was born the idea of ??using potatoes to make a distillate. Gin is produced by adding a selection of botanicals from various sources, which include, among others: juniper, coriander, cinnamon, citrus peel, ginger, lavender and other flowers. The basic spirit is created with the fermentation and distillation of potatoes, distilled three times.
TASTING NOTES:
-Color: It has a transparent, limpid and crystalline color.
-Aroma: The nose is characterized by an elegant and subtle bouquet, with scent of juniper, aromas of citrus, hints of medicinal herbs, nuances of lavender, wildflowers and hints of spice.
-Taste: In the mouth it is persuasive and harmonious, with a soft and enveloping sip. The aromas are intense and rich, with a gustatory development that accompanies towards a finish on balsamic and refreshing notes.
HOW TO SERVE IT:
Due to its delicacy, it is perfect to be tasted straight or to prepare elegant cocktails in which Gin is the absolute protagonist.
