Summer sausage "Bacon Chorizo" 400g

Raw-smoked sausage Chorizo is a pork sausage originally from Spain and Portugal. The main spice used in cooking chorizo is paprika, which gives the sausage typical taste and reddish color. In Latin American countries they often use chili pepper instead of paprika. It is eaten as a regular sausage in sandwiches and tapas, chorizo is also toasted (including barbecue) or added to soup (such as cocido and Caldey verde) or stews.
