Soft cheese with white mold. Fat content in dry matter 50%. Camembert Castello cheese has a velvety white mold layer. Very soft, delicate, fast-melting, enriched with a piquant taste. It is distinguished by a light mushroom flavor and an exceptionally delicate combination. You can use it in baking, with salads or serve with figs and honey. Store at a temperature of 4±2˚C.
