Couscous "Divella" 500g
Couscous: 500g of durum wheat.
Pour 2 cups of boiling salted water over 1 cup of couscous, add olive oil.
Cook over low heat with the lid closed for about 5 minutes, until the water is completely absorbed.
Store in a cool, dry place.
